Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Exchange

• Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. However, some airlines may consider cancellations on a case-by-case basis, offering a credit toward future travel on the same airline.
• The credit issued must be used before its expiration date.
• Bookings where the airline permits cancellation must be processed through our customer service center by phone prior to the scheduled departure time.
• Please note that we do not guarantee cancellations.
• If you plan to rebook with airline credit, any fare difference, airline penalties, and applicable post-ticketing fees will apply.

Note: Mayvoy Travels is not liable for any changes to flight tickets that are beyond our control, and all transactions are subject to the airline's fare rules and policies.

Cancellation & Refund

Most of our flight tickets are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking. All cancellation requests must be submitted to us by phone.

Refund requests will be considered only if the following conditions are met:

• A cancellation and refund request is made, and the fare rules allow such actions.
• We successfully obtain waivers from travel suppliers to process the refund and cancellation.
